Purpose and Scope of Work. The Parties are entering into a research and development collaboration for the Research Period, with the intent of developing CGEN-15001T Target Biologics and CGEN 15022 Target Biologics that will be candidates for the development of Products and of discovering and developing Target Biomarkers that can be used as research tools for the development of Products and/or for the development of Product Companion Diagnostics. Each Workplan sets forth certain activities to be performed by each of the Parties, details regarding each of the Parties’ deliverables and timetables for delivery of such deliverables. Each Workplan may be amended by the Joint Steering Committee (as defined below in Section 2.2.1) in accordance with Section 2.2, provided that no such amendment may increase Compugen’s or Bayer’s obligations under such Workplan unless the Parties have agreed to such increase in writing, including with respect to funding to be provided by Bayer to Compugen to support additional work. To the extent any terms in a Workplan shall at any time conflict with the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

For individuals identified by County, Contractor will provide paratransit rides to such designated individuals at the per individual rate of $3.50 for one-way travel within a single day and $7.00 for round trip travel within a single day. County is responsible for providing information to Contractor regarding which individuals and which specific rides for such individuals are covered within a County funding plan document that will be completed in conjunction with this Agreement. Once an individual is eligible for trips within this Agreement, the individual and/or their guardian will then schedule paratransit rides through Contractor / Wichita Transit. Contractor / Wichita Transit will then submit monthly invoices to County for the approved rides, at the rates indicated within this Section and identifying the individuals to whom rides have been provided by Contractor

Purpose and Scope of Work. The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking Applications for Treatment Alternative Programs (TAP) and intends to use the results of this process to award four (4) grant agreements totaling $900,962.00 to agencies providing community based treatment alternatives to incarceration. Funding is allocated under the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant in combination with state funds authorized under Wis. Stat. §46.55. Seventy-five percent (75%) of each grant award is to be used to provide treatment services to clients in the program. The purpose of the program is to provide substance use screening, assessment and treatment services to justice involved individuals who are referred from the criminal justice system. Evidence based treatment programming and case management which addresses criminogenic risk and need will be used to reduce recidivism and incarceration rates for individuals who are involved in the criminal justice system primarily due to a substance use disorder. Substance use treatment should be used in lieu of incarceration. Collaboration with a multitude of criminal justice system partners including prosecuting and defense attorneys, courts, law enforcement, community corrections and jail administrators is imperative to program success. Additionally, the development of partnerships with other agencies to assist in providing ancillary services such as medical and mental health treatment, medication assisted treatment, parenting, anger management, education, employment and housing will enable collaboration across treatment and justice services and result in improved outcomes for participants. In understanding the disproportionate impact of racial inequity within the criminal justice system particular attention needs to be paid to ensuring standardized, equitable and unbiased screening, referral and termination procedures for participants in the program. In the United States, Black citizens comprise 13 percent of the population, and are consistently documented by the U.S. government to use drugs at similar rates to people of other races; but black individuals comprise 29 percent of those arrested for drug law violations, and nearly 40 percent of those incarcerated in state or federal prisons for drug law violations. Purpose and Scope of Work. It is mutually agreed by and between County and Contractor that it is the purpose of this Contract that Contractor provide a program of volunteer transportation services as provided by the RSVP Volunteer Program drivers with rides to be coordinated by the Contractor. Contractor understands and agrees that it will be responsible for coordinating needed transportation services that will then be carried out by the County's RSVP volunteers. The parties agree that time is of the essence in Contractor's performance of this Agreement.
