Purpose of Memorandum. This Memorandum is prepared for recordation purposes only, and it in no way modifies the terms, conditions, provisions and covenants of the Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms, conditions, provisions and covenants of this Memorandum and the Agreement, the terms, conditions and covenants of the Agreement shall prevail.
Purpose of Memorandum. This Memorandum is entered into by Lessor and Lessee and recorded in Real Property Records of the county in which the Leased Premises is located for the sole purpose of giving record notice to the public of the existence of the Lease.
