Purpose of the Amendment. The Parties agree to adopting Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement on Providing Financial Support for the Study Within the Programme Countries for the Academic Year 2016/2017 dated 31.8.2016, Agreement No. 5/2016/2017 (hereinafter the "Agreement") text below:
Purpose of the Amendment. The Parties hereby agree to delete the wording of Schedule 4D Lisbon and to replace it by the following wording: Subject to the terms of Article 4, the Retrocession Fees collected on behalf of Euronext Lisbon are as follows: A fixed amount of * the Euronext Lisbon cash market and a fixed amount of * the Euronext Lisbon derivatives market
Purpose of the Amendment. 2.1 Modifications with regard to the derivatives markets, * mentioned in Article 4.5, § 1, of the Agreement.
2.2 Modification of Article 4.9
Purpose of the Amendment. Due to the LTOLE protocol amendment, there will be additional activities in relation to Subject enrollment and follow-up. LTOLE visit fees will be paid in accordance with the new fee schedule Exhibit A – LTOLE.
Purpose of the Amendment. A. In response to the Grantee’s request to extend the Project Completion Date in general accordance with Section 2 of the Cost-Share Grant Contract. The Project Completion Date will be amended from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2021.
B. This Amendment does not change any other provisions of the agreement.

Vzhledem k tomu, že podle dodatku protokolu LTOLE, vzejdou další aktivity ve spojení náborem Subjektů hodnocení a následným sledováním. Poplatky za návštěvy LTOLE budou zaplaceny v souladu s novým rozvrhem plateb - Příloha A – LTOLE.
Purpose of the Amendment. ČLÁNEK 1: ÚČEL DODATKU This Amendment is required to increase the fees of Investigator due to trial subject informed re-consent. Účelem tohoto Dodatku je zvýšení odměny Zkoušejícího za dodatečný informovaný souhlas subjektu hodnocení.
Purpose of the Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute the first Amendment to the Fee for Service Agreement between the City of Laramie and the Laramie Regional Airport. The purpose of this Amendment is to correct a typographical error in the original agreement which mistakenly listed a term-end of one earlier than the intended and agreed upon term end. Therefore, this Amendment shall:a.Correct and extend the term of the contract from June 30, 2019 to June 30, 2020.
