Common use of Purposes of Joint Venture Clause in Contracts

Purposes of Joint Venture. The purpose of the Joint Venture shall be the development and mining of any commercially exploitable ore body on the Property. The following terms and provisions shall apply to the operation of the Joint Venture. Unless otherwise defined in this Schedule “B”, terms used herein with initial capitals shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Option Agreement to which this Schedule “B” is appended.

The purpose of the Joint Venture shall be the exploration, development and mining of any one or more commercially exploitable ore body bodies on the Property, as determined appropriate by the Operator. The following terms and provisions shall apply to serve as guiding principles for the operation of the Joint VentureVenture along with additional terms and provisions to be negotiated once the Optionee has earned its 80% interest by satisfying all conditions. Unless otherwise defined in this Schedule “B”, terms used herein with initial capitals shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Option Agreement to which this Schedule “B” is appended.
