Pursuant to I. C. § 30-30-1003, after the dissolution has been authorized, a designee (identified in the dissolution plan) shall files articles of dissolution with the Idaho Secretary of State. These articles shall minimally include: i. The name of the corporation; ii. The date dissolution was authorized; iii. A statement that dissolution was approved by a sufficient vote of the board.
