Common use of Pursuant to Ind Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to Ind. Code § 8-23-30-3, the Grantee’s 50% match shall be paid from one of the identified revenue sources. The remainder of the Project costs greater than the total of the State’s grant and the Grantee’s 50% match shall be borne by the Grantee and may be paid how the Grantee chooses. In the interest of clarity and to avoid misunderstanding, the State shall not pay the Grantee for any costs relating to the Project except as specifically provided herein, unless the Parties enter into an amendment to this Grant Agreement.
