PVR Requirements. Any device receiving protected content must not implement any personal video recorder capabilities that allow recording, copying, or playback of any protected content except as explicitly allowed elsewhere in this agreement and except for a single, non-transferrable encrypted copy on STBs and PVRs, recorded for time-shifted viewing only, and which is deleted or rendered unviewable at the earlier of the end of the content license period or the termination of any subscription that was required to access the protected content that was recorded.
