Qualification and Timeline. For Tenured Professors, all professional development activities must be completed in accordance with their Professional Development Plans and an annual report submitted to their Xxxx or supervising administrator by June 15. The annual report will include a comprehensive explanation of how the annual goals have been achieved and supporting documentation such as grade transcripts, registration verification, activity evaluations and reports, etc. The Xxxx or supervising administrator will forward their recommendations regarding successful completion of the annual plan to the appropriate Vice President.

The Xxxx or supervising administrator will forward their recommendations regarding successful completion of the annual plan to the appropriate Vice President.
