Qualification as Affordable Housing. Developer shall use, manage and operate the Properties in accordance with the requirements of the NSP Program, the HOME Program, the CDBG program, including without limitation 24 CFR 92.252 so as to qualify the housing on the Properties as Affordable Housing.
