Qualifications for Employment. 4.6.1 No person under the age of sixteen (16) years for normal occupations, no person under the age of eighteen (18) years in hazardous occupations and no person currently serving a sentence in a penal or correctional institution shall be employed to perform any WORK under this CONTRACT. Each person working must provide proof of United States citizenship or legal work identification.
