Common use of Qualified Property as Borrowing Base Asset Clause in Contracts

Qualified Property as Borrowing Base Asset. No Qualified Property shall be disqualified as a Borrowing Base Asset by reason of the related Qualified Mortgage so long as such Qualified Mortgage is held by the Administrative Agent for the ratable benefit of the Lenders. To the extent such Qualified Property otherwise qualifies as a Borrowing Base Asset, then such Qualified Property shall constitute a Borrowing Base Asset hereunder and the Asset Value of such Qualified Property shall be included in the calculation of Facility Available Amount.
