Qualified Staff. Presumptive eligibility shall be determined by staff of qualified entities who have met at least the following qualifications: (1) A college degree and at least two years of social service experience or an equivalent level of education plus relevant experience; (2) Completion of DSHS PE training curriculum prior to determining PE; and (3) The state will provide the initial training curriculum and the PE determination form in GetCare. Any subsequent content changes will be provided to the AAA.
Qualified Staff. The dental management function shall be overseen by a full-time Business Process Manager, or equivalent, and a Dental Management (Utilization Management) Committee, which shall be comprised of appropriately credentialed dental Providers. This committee shall report to the Contractor’s Quality Improvement Committee. The Dental Management Program shall be staffed by an appropriate number of credentialed dental professionals. The Contractor shall submit a staffing plan for the Dental Management Program for review by OHCA during Readiness Review. This staffing plan should cover the training that staff receive specific to the area of dental management. The Contractor shall have sufficient staff with clinical expertise and training to interpret and apply the utilization management criteria and practice guidelines to Providers’ requests for oral health care or Service Authorizations for the Contractor’s Dental Health Plan Enrollees. Utilization management staff shall receive ongoing training regarding interpretation and application of the utilization management guidelines. The Contractor shall be prepared to provide a written training plan, which shall include dates and subject matter, as well as training materials, upon OHCA request. In accordance with 42 C.F.R. § 438.210(e), the Contractor shall ensure compensation to staff and Subcontractors conducting utilization management activities is not structured to provide incentives for denying, limiting, or discontinuing Medically Necessary services to any Dental Health Plan Enrollee.

Within six months the County shall undertake, in accordance with generally accepted professional standards, a staffing study to determine necessary staffing levels at the Jail. Such study shall take into account all duties staff are required to perform (e.g., providing floor supervision, transport of detainees, regular rounds, conduct of shakedowns, immediate response to emergencies). The Department of Justice acknowledges the County of Oklahoma County is undertaking such staffing study and the County will provide findings of such study to DOJ staff within the time limits herein. b. Upon the completion of the study called for in Paragraph III.A.1.a above, should the study indicate additional staff is necessary, the County shall use the staffing study results as a guide to the development and implementation of a staffing plan that will include reasonable timetables for implementation of this MOU and for the hiring of any additional staff. The Parties recognize this timetable may be impacted by the efforts needed by the County to seek additional funding to meet the required staffing levels. However, failure to secure funding does not release the County from the duty to provide constitutional conditions at the Jail. The Department of Justice is aware the County of Oklahoma County is intent on presenting a financing measure to the vote of the citizens of Oklahoma County to reach the goal of this paragraph’s directive. Whether or not sufficient funding is obtained, but without admitting any prior deficiencies, the County of Oklahoma County will provide constitutional living conditions for inmates and detainees at the Jail. c. The County shall continue work on its development of a direct supervision system for the detention center which will include having at least one officer in each housing unit/pod. The parties acknowledge that this system can only be implemented with sufficient funding for additional staff, operational resources, and remodeling or replacement of existing housing facilities. In the meanwhile, the County shall ensure that there is at least one officer in each control room and at least one roving officer (“Rover”) on the floor to patrol every two housing units or pods. Qualified Staff. All Resellers shall maintain a staff of employees with a good working knowledge of the Products and Services, including their use, applications, limitations, installation, maintenance and related subjects. Reseller’s employees shall also be knowledgeable in the use of complementary products and services. . Reseller shall appoint one primary point of contact. Distributor may, as a condition of reseller designation, require Reseller’s completion of training or certification programs established by CrowdStrike or Distributor. If Reseller does not agree to participate in such programs and pay any associated fees, then either party may terminate this Addendum for convenience. Reseller Conduct. Reseller shall: (i) conduct business in a manner that reflects favorably at all times on the Products, Services, goodwill and reputation of CrowdStrike; (ii) avoid deceptive, misleading or unethical practices that are or might be detrimental to CrowdStrike; (iii) refrain from making any false or misleading representations or warranties with regard to CrowdStrike, the Products or Services; and (iv) comply with all applicable laws, rules, ordinances, decrees and regulations applicable to Reseller’s activities under this Agreement, including without limitation, any applicable privacy laws and the Bribery Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and any similar local legislation. Reseller shall not, directly or indirectly, through action or inaction, cause CrowdStrike to be in violation of its Privacy Notice.

Qualified Staff. FBCAS shall provide qualified staff, with appropriate credentials, to assist in the supervision and training of designated employees of HPA! and FBCAS in accordance with the agreed upon learning objectives relating to the delivery of the Program and services by HPA!. Qualified Staff. School System agrees to maintain, at its expense, at least one AVID District Director. The District Director will enroll in and complete or have previously received the two year AVID District Leadership (ADL) training. School System also agrees to pay the ADL training, materials and support cost (“AVID District Professional Service Fee”) set forth in Attachment A for its District Director(s). AVID District Director responsibilities are listed in Article III below. School System will ensure that its District Director(s) comply with all of the provisions of Article III below.
