QUALIFYING PRODUCTS. All products sold at the designated event must be listed below and approved by BYU. Vendor certifies that their products sold are either grown or created by Vendor and if selling any arts and craft products, Vendor or his/her spouse, child, sibling, or parent must hold a current BYU ID Card. BYU will request that any Vendor in violation remove such products immediately. BYU may at its sole discretion refuse to permit any product or craft to be sold if it deems the product to inappropriate for any reason. List of items grown or created to be sold:

QUALIFYING PRODUCTS. VMD® vendors are assigned to one vendor category, requiring vendors to maintain the standard of the assigned category. All goods exhibited at Vintage Market Days® must maintain the standard of the assigned category. If VMD® determines that the standard is not being maintained, Vintage Market Days®, at its discretion, will require removal of goods to ensure the minimum criteria of the category is maintained. Failure to remove goods could result in vendor being charged a non- compliant fee of $1000.00 per day. Vendor will not be permitted to participate in future VMD® events until all fees are paid in full. Non-compliance could result in vendor no longer participating in any future VMD® events.
QUALIFYING PRODUCTS. To qualify for ENERGY STAR, the display must satisfy the following criteria: A. Maximum viewable diagonal screen size: The display must have a viewable diagonal screen size of less than or equal to (≤) 60 inches.
QUALIFYING PRODUCTS. Upon registration (see Section 1, PRODUCT REGISTRATION), the following uncooled handheld Fire Service products belonging to the original purchaser qualify for coverage under FLIR’s 2-5-10 Limited Warranty: K2, K33, K45, K53, K55, and K65 handheld uncooled thermal cameras (the “Qualifying Products”).
