Quality Assurance Officer. $ The QAO will conduct a confidential investigation using qualified technical and management personnel. This may be in the form of a data audit, electronic audit, interviews or surveillances. In conjunction with technical and management personnel, the QAO will determine if the inappropriate practice had an impact on data integrity. $ The QAO will provide data integrity training on an annual basis to all field analytical and laboratory personnel. $ The QAO is responsible for maintaining records for the five-year contractual period including but not limited to confidential investigation records, signed ethics statements

Quality Assurance Officer. Either party shall, in writing, appoint a quality assurance officer, whose task it shall be to coordinate the performance of this Agreement and to make or bring about decisions in con- nection therewith. A change of the officer shall, without delay, be communicated in written form.
Quality Assurance Officer. Upon request, each partner shall appoint for the other a quality assurance officer who shall coordinate the implementation of this agreement and shall make or bring about related decisions. Replacement of the representative must be reported immediately in writing.

The QA Officer also develops and maintains QC procedures for all analytical areas and prepares quality control reports, monthly or when applicable, for presentation to the laboratory director for routine assessment of measurement systems for precision and accuracy. The QA Officer shall possess a bachelor’s degree in an applicable basic or applied science and have at least one year of nonacademic analytical experience appropriate to the types of analyses performed by the laboratory; or in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, four years of nonacademic analytical experience. The QA Officer shall have documented training in statistics. Training in quality control procedures is strongly encouraged. The Technical Director has been named deputy in the absence of the QA Officer.

  • Quality Assurance The parties endorse the underlying principles of the Company’s Quality Management System, which seeks to ensure that its services are provided in a manner which best conforms to the requirements of the contract with its customer. This requires the Company to establish and maintain, implement, train and continuously improve its procedures and processes, and the employees to follow the procedures, document their compliance and participate in the improvement process. In particular, this will require employees to regularly and reliably fill out documentation and checklists to signify that work has been carried out in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements. Where necessary, training will be provided in these activities.

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.
