Quality Assurance System. The State will regularly collect, aggregate and analyze data related to in-reach and person-centered discharge and community placement efforts, including but not limited to information related to both successful and unsuccessful placements, as well as the problems or barriers to placing and/or keeping individuals in the most integrated setting. The State will review this information on a semi-annual basis and develop and implement measures to overcome the problems and barriers identified.
Quality Assurance System. 1. The State will develop and implement a quality assurance review system that will regularly collect, aggregate, and analyze data related to transition efforts, including but not limited to information related to both successful and unsuccessful transitions, as well as the problems or barriers to serving and/or keeping individuals in the most integrated setting. Such problems or barriers may include, but not be limited to insufficient or inadequate housing, community resources, mental health care, crisis services, and supported employment. The State will review this information and use it to develop plans to reduce the incidence of such problems or barriers and implement prompt and effective measures, utilizing the services developed through this Agreement and other existing services, to overcome, if possible, the problems and barriers identified.
2. The State will regularly review community providers and programs to identify gaps and weaknesses, as well as areas of highest demand, to provide information for comprehensive planning, administration, resource-targeting, and implementing needed remedies. The State will develop and implement effective measures that work to address any gaps or weaknesses identified.
Quality Assurance System. The Manufacturer of the equipment to be supplied as part of this contract shall be granted ISO 9001:2000 or equivalent approved. Evidence of such certification and details of the accreditation body responsible for providing the certification shall be submitted as part of this Tender. Where an equivalent certification to ISO 9001:2000 is offered, details of the quality assurance system, the certification body and the frequency and type of audits, both internal and external, shall be submitted with the Tender. The Client shall evaluate the information provided by the manufacturer and where this information is deemed insufficient to judge the validity of the Tender’s quality assurance system, the Tenderer shall be the subject of a full review, to be performed by the Client at the Tenderer’s premises or their authorised representatives.

Quality Assurance System. The manufacturer shall control the quality of his products during their manufacture by a system of process control according to EN DIN ISO 9001:2000, in order to comply with the technical requirements of the standards. The tests should confirm that the ductile iron pipes, fittings and accessories are manufactured according to EN 545:2010.
Quality Assurance System. C.9.1 The Provider shall develop and implement a quality assurance system to ensure the delivery of quality, comprehensive, services by qualified well-trained staff in an environment that encourages and promotes the development of the youth.
C.9.2 The Provider’s quality assurance system shall recognize successful, effective areas of the Provider’s service delivery, approach, identify areas of concern or possible deficiencies, and potential improvements to the Provider’s service delivery methodology, and approach.
Quality Assurance System. The Contractor will be solely responsible for the production of work that complies with the Specifications to the satisfaction of the Project Manager. To this end it will be the full responsibility of the Contractor to institute an appropriate Quality Assurance (QA) system on site. The Project Manager will audit the Contractor’s quality assurance (QA) system on a regular basis to verify that adequate independent checks and tests are being carried out and to ensure that the Contractor’s own control is sufficient to identify and possible quality problems which could cause a delay or defect. The Contractor shall ensure that adequate supervisory staff, the required transport, instruments, equipment and tools are available to control the quality of his own workmanship in accordance with his QA- system. His attention is drawn to the fact that it is not the duty of the Project Manager to act as xxxxxxx or surveyor
Quality Assurance System. The Consultant must:
(a) implement and carry out the Services in accordance with the Quality Assurance System; and
(b) allow SHAMROCK CIVIL access to the Consultant’s Quality Assurance System at all reasonable times for purposes of quality monitoring and auditing.
