QUALITY COMMITMENT. Obligations of the Sending Organisation
QUALITY COMMITMENT. Member agrees to abide by the following quality standards:
i. Member will certify and validate its use of SDL Core per the specifications and test requirements provided by SDLC.
ii. Member will be responsible for determining the schedule for its SDL Core updates but acknowledges that SDLC recommends that updates be no less than yearly.
iii. Member will be responsible for determining the schedule for updates for compatibility but acknowledges that SDLC recommends that updates be no less than yearly.
QUALITY COMMITMENT. THE SENDING HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION* UNDERTAKES TO:
QUALITY COMMITMENT. The payments are based on the requirement that all election material will be delivered in accordance with the delivery specification set out in paragraph 3. Where the specification is not achieved for any party/candidate then the payment for that party/candidates material will not be due.

For Erasmus Mundus student, teacher and/or training placements THE SENDING HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION* UNDERTAKES TO: Select teachers/students on the basis of clearly defined and transparent criteria and procedures and sign a placement contract with the selected students. Prepare teachers/students for the practical, professional and cultural life of the host country, in particular through language training tailored to meet their occupational needs Evaluate with each teacher/student the personal and professional development achieved through participation in the Erasmus programme

QUALITY COMMITMENT. Industrial bulk production of Products, despite the provisions relating to quality such as defined and implemented, are subject to phenomena that cannot be totally controlled, in particular for economic reasons, which makes it impossible to commit to a so-called "zero defect" result. At the Client's request, a Quality commitment in terms of PPM may be negotiated beforehand with ARaymond. In such case, if ARaymond fulfils the agreed PPM rate, then ARaymond may, at its option, reject all kind of Client’s claim; otherwise provisions of article IX.2. will apply.
