Quarantine regulations d. Medical or dental visits. The term "immediate family" as used herein shall include spouse, child who lives at home, mother, or father who are actual members of the employee's household, or any relative who is an actual member of the employee's household. Where the employee’s mother or father is not an actual member of the employee's household, the employee may use accrued sick leave to attend to the illness of such mother or father. Such sick leave shall not exceed five (5) days per year.
Quarantine regulations. (b) Credit for sick leave under this Section for full-time Librarians shall be granted at the rate of one and one-quarter working days per month for each month of service. Such leave as is not used shall accumulate to a maximum of 1800 hours. No credit for sick leave shall be granted for a month unless the full- time Librarian shall have been on full pay status at least fifty percent (50%) of the working days of said month. For regular part-time Librarian sick leave accruals, see Section 3.3 (a).

  • EXPORT REGULATIONS Licensee agrees and accepts that Software may be subject to import and export laws of any country, including those of the European Union and United States (specifically the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).   • ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION STANDARDS CONTRACTOR shall be in compliance with the Clean Air Act (Title 42 USC Section 7401 et seq.), the Clean Water Act (Title 33 USC Section 1251 et seq.), Executive Order 11738 and Environmental Protection Agency, hereinafter referred to as “EPA,” regulations (Title 40 CFR), as any may now exist or be hereafter amended.   • Leave Regulations The leave regulations in Subchapter 510 of the Employee and Labor Relations Manual, insofar as such regulations establish wages, hours and working conditions of employees covered by this Agreement, shall remain in effect for the life of this Agreement.

  • RULES & REGULATIONS Xxxxxx agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of Landlord (and, if applicable, owner’s Association) that are at any time posted on the Premises or delivered to Tenant.
