Quarterly Fees. If the final disposition of funds occurs on a date other than the end of a calendar quarter, full fees for that quarter will be payable.
Quarterly Fees. Consultant receiving a Maine Listings IDX data feed shall pay Maine Listings a “quarterly fee” of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each separate and distinct data feed. Initial fee due and payable with submission of this Agreement, thereafter on the first day of January, April, July and October during the Term of this Agreement.

Quarterly Fees. If Borrower fails to fully or timely meet any of the financial covenants for Tier I financing as set forth in Section 5.15 of this Agreement, Borrower shall pay to Lender from the Loan proceeds, as a non-refundable fee, an amount equal to one-half of one percent (.50%) of the Committed Amount within ten (10) days following Lender's delivery of a written notice of assessment of such fee following the end of each quarter during the term of the Loan during which time the Tier I financial covenants were not met. "Committed Amount" shall mean the full amount of the Note then disbursed and outstanding at the end of each quarter, as well as those amounts still held by Lender and intended to be disbursed pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Quarterly Fees. During the Term, the Company shall pay the Consultant a quarterly consulting fee of $12,500 (a “Quarterly Fee”), which shall be payable on the last day of each fiscal quarter during the Term; provided that (i) if the Consultant is engaged hereunder during a fiscal quarter for less than all of that fiscal quarter, the Quarterly Fee payable hereunder shall be pro-rated based on the actual number of days the Consultant was engaged hereunder, and (ii) the Quarterly Fee shall be reduced in any fiscal quarter by the amount of any fees paid during such fiscal quarter to the Consultant by the Company or Parent as consideration for his services as a director of Parent or member of the Executive Committee of the Board.

Quarterly Fees. The Client shall pay an annual account maintenance fee in an amount equal to the greater of (a) fifty-five (55) basis points (0.55%) per year, or other such discounted amount, as may be determined by Citadel in its sole discretion, of the Average Market Value (as defined below) of the Product in the Account during the period to which the invoice relates, and (b) fifteen dollars ($15.00) per month. “Average Market Value” is calculated as (i) the sum of (x) the total number of each item of Product in the Account on each business day in the applicable quarter, multiplied by (y) the market price as of 4:00 p.m. Central Time on each such business day for each item of Product then in the Account, as quoted by APMEX on its website (xxx.xxxxx.xxx), divided by (ii) the total number of business days in the applicable quarter. An item of Product will be deemed to have been deposited into the Account, solely for the purposes of calculating such fee, effective as of and including the Delivery Date through and including the Withdrawal Date. This fee shall be calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.
Quarterly Fees. Consultants receiving a Maine Listings VOW datafeed shall pay Maine Listings a “quarterly fee” of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each separate and distinct datafeed. Initial fee due and payable with submission of Participant/Broker Virtual Office Website Agreement, thereafter on the first day of January, April, July and October during the Term of the Agreement.
