Quiet Enjoyment. Lessor covenants that on paying the rent and performing the covenants herein contained, Lessee shall peacefully and quietly have, hold, and enjoy the demised premises for the agreed term.

Quiet Enjoyment. Lessor covenants and agrees with Lessee that on as to those claiming by, through or under Lessor and upon Lessee paying the rent Base Rent and other monetary sums due under the Lease and performing the its covenants herein containedand conditions hereunder, Lessee shall peacefully and may peaceably and quietly have, hold, hold and enjoy the demised premises Demised Premises for the agreed termentire Term of this Lease without hindrance or molestation of anyone claiming by, through or under Lessor, subject however to the provisions of this Lease.

Lessee also agrees to not infringe on the peaceful and quiet enjoyment of others.

Lessee agree to sign a commercial reasonable SNDA from Lessor's lender.

Quiet Enjoyment. Lessor covenants that Lessee, on paying the rent and performing of the covenants herein containedset forth in this Agreement, Lessee shall peacefully peaceably and quietly have, hold, and enjoy the demised premises for rights granted to the agreed termLessor pursuant to this Agreement, except that the Lessee’s rights shall be subordinate to the Lessor’s rights to quiet enjoyment and use of the Property, provided that such does not interfere with the Tower Space except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.

Lessor covenants that on paying if and so long as Lessee pays the rent Rent, and performing any additional Rent as herein provided, and performs the covenants herein containedhereof, Lessee shall peacefully and quietly have, hold, and enjoy the demised premises Premises for the agreed termTerm hereof mentioned subject to the provisions of this Lease.

Lessor covenants and agrees with Lessee that on upon Lessee paying the rent said Rent and performing all the covenants herein containedand conditions contained in this Lease on Lessee's part to be observed and performed, Lessee shall peacefully and may peaceably and quietly have, hold, and enjoy the demised premises Leased Premises for the agreed termTerm of this Lease.

Quiet Enjoyment.
