Common use of Quite Enjoyment Clause in Contracts

Quite Enjoyment. So long as Tenant shall pay the rent and other amounts payable by it in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Lease and shall keep, perform and observe all of the covenants and provisions hereof to be kept and performed by Tenant, Tenant shall quietly enjoy the Premises in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Lease, subject to any mortgages, agreements, encumbrances, covenants, restrictions and easements to which this Lease may be subordinated.
