Quorum; Voting Requirement. The presence, in person or by proxy, of a Majority in Interest of the Members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business by the Members. Quorum; Voting Requirement. At all meetings of the Management Committee, a majority of the number of Managers then serving shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
