If Shares of the same class as those issued under the Plan are quoted on the ASX, the Company will, subject to the ASX Listing Rules, apply to the ASX for those Shares to be quoted on ASX within the later of 10 Business Days after: (a) the date the Shares are issued; and (b) the date any Restriction Period that applies to the Shares ends.
