Rain Barrels and Cisterns are to be cleared of debris routinely at least every three (3) months and after significant storms to allow stormwater from gutters to enter them. b. Gutters that directly convey rain water to dry xxxxx, rain barrels, and cisterns are to be routinely cleared of trash and debris at least every three (3) months and after significant rainfall events. c.
