Ramp Up/Down and Cool Down Times. Any ramp up or ramp down of regasification between fifty (50) MMscfd to five hundred (500) MMscfd will be carried out within two (2) hours assuming a train is cooled down and in operation. Time required to cool down a spare booster pump/train, including preparation time is twelve plus two (12+2) hours. In case a standby train is maintained in cold condition, time required to bring a cold train to operation is one (1) hour.
