Range of Activities. For the execution of the Project, KCF will perform the following activities: CERTAIN CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS DOCUMENT, MARKED BY [***], HAS BEEN OMITTED BECAUSE IT IS NOT MATERIAL AND WOULD LIKELY CAUSE COMPETITIVE HARM TO THE COMPANY IF PUBLICLY DISCLOSED. 3.1 Project planning, analysis and preparation of the IPO evaluation and preparation process (incl. organization meeting) 3.2 Search for and identification of suitable international Investment Banks, and Research Analysts, IPO related service companies such as auditors, lawyers, ADR-Banks, VDR-Providers, IR-Firms, support with the stock exchange, tax advisors and others 3.3 Prepare in close collaboration with VIA optronics management the overall documentation and presentations for external and internal use (e.g.. pitch books for beauty contest with Investment Banks, analysis and comparison of different IPO-Provider; board presentations, etc.) 3.4 Entire coordination of the syndicate structure 3.5 Support the entire S1-Filing process 3.6 Set-up of the Virtual Data Room (VDR) and management of the Due Diligence-process (DD) 3.7 Support and overall coordination of SEC/ Stock Exchange/ Management/ Research Analyst’s meetings 3.8 Support presentation and meetings with potential investors (Test-The-Water-meetings and Roadshows ) Depending on the situation and the course of the process, changes in the process scope or sequences may occur. The changes will be presented to the client and client will decide concerning further steps. Individual components of the processes described can thus be expanded or become obsolete.

Range of Activities. This Agreement applies to all activities, services and events provided, sponsored, authorized or allowed by The Gorge (collectively "Activities"). These Activities will include, but not be limited to the following:
Range of Activities. MEDEP will use the Performance Partnership Grant, subject to the requirements below, to fund any activity that is eligible for funding under at least one of the environmental programs from which funds are combined into the grant. MEDEP will use the Performance Partnership Grant to fund multi-media activities that are eligible and have been agreed to by the Commissioner and the Regional Administrator. The range of activities vary as needed by program, but may include staff time for program design and implementation to achieve measurable environment and public health results. Examples of activities include multi-media permitting and enforcement; pollution prevention, sampling, analysis, ecosystem management, community-based environmental protection, and/or other innovative approaches and activities.
Range of Activities. NHDES will use the PPG, subject to the requirements below, to fund any activity that is eligible for funding under at least one of the environmental programs from which funds are combined into the grant. Range of Activities. Senior Health Practitioner A Senior Health Practitioner will undertake some or all or the following tasks relating to the management and delivery of a specialist health program. Activities expected of this position may include: (a) undertake program management duties including: ●developing operational program plans; ●identifying performance indicators for health programs; ●monitoring health programs; ●establishing evaluation process for health programs; ●managing resources for the delivery of a health care program; ●producing community profile report and health needs analyses, and establishing mechanisms for stakeholder feedback; and ●implementing quality control, (b) within a delegated model of care, undertake clinical care duties which may include: ●taking blood; ●child and adult health checks; ●immunisations; ●supervision of other Aboriginal and/or Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander Health Workers ●and Aboriginal and/or Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander Health Practitioners; and ●safety measures and procedures, (c) undertake community care duties that may include: ●networking with other agencies and create partnerships; ●developing at a policy level and implementing community development strategies; ●implementing health promotion strategies; ●representing their health service on national, state and regional level activities; and ●providing mechanisms for community to advocate for the rights and needs of community members and program needs. Range of Activities. Advanced Health Worker - Practice and Health Practitioners Advanced Health Workers - Practice and Health Practitioners will undertake some or all or the following tasks: (a) advocate for the rights and needs of community members; (b) develop and monitor a case plan; (c) within a delegated model of care, undertake clinical care duties that may include but are not limited to: ●dressings; ●suturing; ●taking blood; ●xxxxxxxxxx (medical emergencies); ●accident, medical care and first aid; ●subject to law, administering medications; ●liaison with medical officers about medical advice and treatment; ●observations; ●participation in doctor clinics; ●using patient information management systems; ●full assessments of patients as presented; and ●supervision of other Health Workers, (d) undertake health program care duties that may include but are not limited to: ●antenatal care; ●womens, mens, child and youth health; ●older peoples' health care; ●nutrition; ●substance abuse; ●health promotion; ●environmental health; ●sexual health; and ●mental health, (e) undertake some community care duties that may include but are not limited to: ●interpreting services; ●first point of contact counselling and referral; ●developing and implementing community development programs; ●health promotion programs; and ●health education program. Range of Activities. From 2012/13 onwards the University will undertake a range of activities aimed at aspiration‐raising and widening access. These will build on our successful collaborative work through AimHigher. In 2012/13 our investment will include £0.88m on a range of widening participation focused outreach activities and £0.18m on summer schools, taster sessions and related activities. We plan an annual investment of £0.2m to retain the expertise of our AimHigher team in 2011/12 and onwards, following the withdrawal of HEFCE funding to support their activities.
