Ranking of Loans. This Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which the Borrower is a party, when executed, and the Loans, when borrowed are and will be the direct and general obligations of the Borrower. The Borrower's obligations hereunder and thereunder rank and will rank at least pari passu in priority of payment to all other senior Indebtedness of the Borrower.
