Common use of RAP In Mix Clause in Contracts

RAP In Mix. On this Contract, the Contractor may incorporate RAP into all asphalt concrete mixes to be placed. The RAP content of the mixes shall be a minimum of five percent (5%) and shall not exceed a maximum of twenty five percent (25%). RAP produced as a result of the cold planning operation on this Contract shall be utilized in the production of Asphalt Concrete Type C-HF.

RAP produced as a result of the cold planning operation on this Contract It shall be utilized in necessary for the production of Asphalt Concrete Type C-HFContractor to utilize RAP from their existing stockpiles.
