Rate of Compensation for Overtime. Employees shall be paid a premium rate for all hours worked in excess of the regular workweek as defined in Section 10.02 on the following basis: (a) Two (2) times the regular base rate for all hours except on recognized holidays; (b) Two (2) times the regular base rate plus the regular pay on recognized holidays.
