Ratification; Effect. This Amendment shall be construed in connection with and as part of the Agreement and all terms, conditions, representations, warranties, covenants and agreements set forth in the Agreement and each other instrument or agreement referred to therein, except as herein amended, are hereby ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect. In executing and delivering this Amendment, the Rights Agent shall be entitled to all the privileges and immunities afforded to the Rights Agent under the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

Ratification; Effect. Except as specifically amended hereby, all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement are and shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed. No provision of this Second Amendment shall have any retroactive effect prior to the Second Amendment Date.
Ratification; Effect. Except as expressly set forth herein, all other terms and conditions of the Lease shall continue in full force and effect. All terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Lease. The provisions of the Lease, as amended and supplemented by this Amendment, are hereby ratified and confirmed by Landlord and Tenant in all respects. In the event of a conflict in the terms of the Amendment and the Lease, the terms of this Amendment shall control.
Ratification; Effect. Except as specifically amended hereby, all of the terms and conditions of the Contract are and shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed.
