Ratification of Purchase Agreement. Except as expressly amended hereby, the Purchase Agreement remains unaltered and in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed.
Ratification of Purchase Agreement. Except as expressly amended hereby, all of the terms of the Purchase Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and are hereby ratified and confirmed.
