Ratification; Third Party Reliance. Each Contributor hereby ratifies and confirms that the Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of the exercise of the powers granted unto him by such Contributor under this Article 6, and each Contributor authorizes the reliance of third parties on this Power of Attorney and waives its rights, if any, as against any such third party for its reliance hereon.

Ratification; Third Party Reliance. The Management Company hereby ratifies and confirms that the Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of the exercise of the powers granted unto it by the Management Company under this Article 5, and the Management Company authorizes the reliance of third parties on this Power of Attorney and waives its rights, if any, as against any such third party for its reliance hereon.

Ratification; Third Party Reliance. Each Nominee hereby ratifies and confirms that the Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of the exercise of the powers granted unto it by such Nominee under Section 4.3, and each Nominee authorizes the reliance of third parties on this Power of Attorney and waives its rights, if any, as against any such third party for its reliance hereon.
