RATIONALE FOR THE AGREEMENT. The objective of the Agreement is to tap into the know-how and technological advancement of WWB in the area of solar technologies to further enhance PPIL expertise in the solar business. With the technological know-how from WWB. PPIL is looking at building our future solar plant with greater efficiency at an optimum construction cost.
RATIONALE FOR THE AGREEMENT. 2.1 The National Ambulance Service (NAS) intends to deliver quality and sustainable Pre Hospital Emergency Care Services vis a vie effective deployment of appropriately qualified staff.
2.2 This requires the implementation of robust and deliverable deployment models, including rostering, that are reflective of current staffing and skill mix levels and that are focused on matching the appropriate skill mix to those patients whom may potentially benefit from the requisite knowledge, skills and attitude of each level of practitioner.
2.3 In January 2011, HIQA published Response Times and Quality Standards for Pre Hospital Emergency Care. In order to affect an improvement trajectory in response times performance, the NAS has developed a Performance Improvement Action Plan which has identified the need to accelerate the implementation of segregation of services in conjunction with the full implementation of the PHECC EMS Priority Dispatch (see Appendix I) and Inter Facility Patient Transfer Standards. The NAS views this as a significant enabler to implementing appropriate Practitioner Deployment.
2.4 One of these KPIs requires NAS to record the number of calls where an Advanced Paramedic was advised by AMPDS that actually received an Advanced Paramedic. This is currently averaging between 35-40%. In other words, approximately 2/3 of 999 calls that would likely benefit from the skills of an Advanced Paramedic do not have an Advanced Paramedic dispatched to them.
2.5 In order to achieve the desired improvement trajectory in response times performance benchmarked against the HIQA Response Times and Quality Standards, the NAS must ensure that all personnel registered at the levels of Paramedic and Advanced Paramedic with PHECC are targeted at EMS provision.
2.6 Consequently, the purpose of this National Framework Agreement is to:
A. Set out a roadmap and vision for the future development of the National Ambulance Service that is clear and unambiguous to all Practitioners
B. Provide for the staffing of appropriate deployment models to meet the needs of the public Health Service
C. Provide for effective rostering systems to ensure appropriate staffing of any deployment models
D. Ensure the NAS is in a position to support changes to acute hospital services and the rollout of the HSE’s Clinical Care Programmes
E. Ensure effective utilisation of public resources through the appropriate tasking of each skill level to meet patients needs

RATIONALE FOR THE AGREEMENT. The Agreement is to set forth the understanding of the Parties with respect to their respective roles and responsibilities wherein the Parties wish to collaborate in the marketing activities, sharing of related know-how, and system integration of Information and Technology Solution for identified projects to potential customers of the Parties.
RATIONALE FOR THE AGREEMENT. The Agreement sets forth the Parties’ collaboration in the purchase and sale of products related to the Huawei Digital Power-Smart PV solutions. Throught the Agreement, XXXX will serve as a the Project Delivery Partner to oversee the end- to-end delivery of the Huawei Digital Power-Smart PV solutions and shall work closely with Huawei and XX-XXXX in facilitating broader market access for the Huawei Digital Power-Smart PV solutions. UIB via XXXX’x collaboration with Huawei and XX-XXXX marks our continued focus into environmentally responsible business ventures. UIB would thereby be expanding the Group’s product portfolio to include PV modules. Barring unforeseen circumstances, this will enhance the recurring revenue stream and contribute positive to the future earnings of UIB.
RATIONALE FOR THE AGREEMENT. The said collaboration will provide PSSSB with a growth opportunity to participate in the supply of ASRS for MURATA’s global market as well as leveraging on its core to achieve greater success in factory automation sector. In addition, the collaboration is expected to give PSSSB the instant accessibility for supplying ASRS Racking System to e-commerce, pharmaceutical, omnichannel distributions, high throughput industries such as fast-moving consumer goods particularly for export market.
RATIONALE FOR THE AGREEMENT. The Agreement will provide opportunities for the Parties to establish collaboration based on the respective party’s expertise and strengths to explore opportunities for ship and/or vessel business in Vietnam. The Agreement also aims at obtaining business for supply of the ships from the Vietnam People’s Navy and Vietnam Coast Guard.
RATIONALE FOR THE AGREEMENT. The Balance Deposit owing by THSB to MRDSB arose from the Termination. In view of the delay and uncertainty in the recoverability of the Balance Deposit, the Agreement would benefit DWL Group as it will:-
i) enable DWL Group to fully recover the Balance Deposit owing by THSB; and
ii) result in DWL Group having the ownership of the Completed Development Lands and also enable MRDSB to explore the land development and/or investment opportunities of the Completed Development Lands so as to realise the potential profits from the Completed Development Lands. Currently, the CMPA with Arena Progresif Sdn Bhd (“APSB”) is still in force and DWL Group is exploring on other viable options for the 2 plots of development land held by APSB with a total land size of 822,212 square foot. With the additional 2 plots of development land held by THSB with a total land size of 497,336 square foot, the scale of the project will be larger and DWL Group will be able to look for better viable options such as joint venture or put the land on sales with the concept masterplan.
RATIONALE FOR THE AGREEMENT. The Collaboration Agreement will enable DNeX to expand its geographical presence globally and anticipate a wide spectrum of opportunities across various sectors where DNeX will be able to provide products, services and technological expertise with a specific focus on solutions in smart city infrastructure, advancements in e-government services and expansion of digital commerce in Middle East, North Africa and Greater China region.
RATIONALE FOR THE AGREEMENT. The Board has been working actively to ensure the settlement of the Profit Guarantee Amount and the Agreement will allow the settlement of the Profit Guarantee Amount to the satisfaction of the AHB and its subsidiaries (“Group”) and will help the Group to move forward to expand its business accordingly.
RATIONALE FOR THE AGREEMENT. The Agreement is intended to enable the shareholders to combine their skills, expertise, experience and capabilities to collectively build eSports industry in Malaysia and in the region. The Proposed Venture is also in line with the expansion plan of the SEDANIA Group in eSports and eSports related business.
