The Multimedia Programming, Simulation & Gaming, A.S. program at CCAC degree provides skills and knowledge across a broad range of careers in the gaming industry, including independent game developer, computer programming, game designer, product manager, video game tester, application developer and simulation programmer. Students will learn technical training including game development, animation software tools, digital imaging and programming. Students pursuing careers in the gaming industry most often require a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and it is recommended that they transfer to four-year institutions in order to pursue competitive employment opportunities. Many students completing associate degree programs aspire to continue on to a bachelor’s degree. This partnership seeks to establish a partnership that will allow graduates from CCAC’s Multimedia Programming, Simulation & Gaming, A.S. program to transition into Carlow’s Bachelor of Arts in Communication.

The Agreement is in line with the Company’s current business direction and strategy to increase the revenue and profits contribution from the healthcare services business segment. LYC intends to leverage on its healthcare platform and customer base to generate additional sales and marketing leads to adopt the usage of the innovative Forwen Tracker platform. Additionally, LYC intends to use the application for all of its businesses to follow the governments’ directive to adopt a contactless method in our communications with our employees, customers or visitors.

Barring unforeseen circumstances, this will enhance the recurring revenue stream and contribute positive to the future earnings of UIB.
RATIONALE FOR THE AGREEMENT. The Agreement sets forth the Parties’ collaboration in the purchase and sale of the Equipment. UIB via UNITRADE’s collaboration with FSBM marks our continued focus to expand our product offerings to our commercial and industrial customers. Barring unforeseen circumstances, this will contribute positively to the future earnings of UIB.

The Agreement will enable DNeX to secure access to high technology partners from China with the assistance of CSI, allowing DNeX to expand its geographical presence globally and open a new frontier where DNeX will be able to provide existing and new products, services and technological expertise.
