Common use of RCI Points Subscribing Member Clause in Contracts

RCI Points Subscribing Member. Each Member acknowledges that he/she has access to the Weeks Program in accordance with the Network Documents. Each Member acknowledges that, such access, use, occupancy and enjoyment of Vacation Time in and through the Weeks Program is also governed by the Terms and Conditions of RCI Weeks Subscribing Membership, which may change from time to time in accordance with its terms. Each Member acknowledges that such Member has received a copy of the foregoing terms and conditions prior to executing the Network Participation Agreement.
