Reacquisition or Acquisition Sole Remedy. The sole remedy of the Depositor, the Issuer or the Indenture Trustee for a breach of any Eligibility Representation is to require the related Originator or the Servicer, as applicable, to reacquire or acquire, respectively, the Receivable under Section 3.4 of the applicable Receivables Transfer Agreement.
