Real Estate Services Sample Clauses
The Real Estate Services clause defines the scope and nature of services that a party, typically a broker or agent, will provide in connection with real property transactions. This clause outlines specific activities such as marketing the property, facilitating negotiations, preparing necessary documentation, and assisting with closing procedures. By clearly delineating the responsibilities and expectations of the service provider, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that both parties are aware of the services to be rendered during the real estate transaction.
