Real-Time Updates. If the Ordering Activity's Service Contract contains Subscription Services, the Ordering Activity will have access to Contractor through Fortinet's real-time Anti-Virus and Network Intrusion Detection System (“NIDS”) updates that will protect the Ordering Activity against some of the latest network-based threats. These updates may either be pushed to properly configured and authorized Products, retrieved on a pre-scheduled basis, or retrieved manually by the Ordering Activity. EXCLUSIONS
Real-Time Updates. Implement a mechanism for real-time updates, ensuring that the wayfinding system reflects current information on locations, points of interest, and any relevant changes in the environment.
Real-Time Updates. Using the ArcGIS system, updates to the data used for the wayfinding can be uploaded to the application immediately after the update is made. To implement a real-time update, the client would reach out to our tech support team and/or their project manager to request the change. MGT staff will respond to the request within one business day. Depending on the complexity or size of the request, the update may be done within that same one business day timeline, or it could require additional time. MGT uses various ArcGIS and other tools to create and update data accurately and in a timely manner either by the client or MGT staff.
