Common use of Realtor's Commission Clause in Contracts

Realtor's Commission. Realtor's commission for the sale of the supervisor's domicile, in the amount of up to $10,000, shall be paid by the Appointing Authority. Payments over ten thousand dollars ($10,000) and up to fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) are to be made at the discretion of the Appointing Authority. The exercise of this discretion is not grievable.
