Common use of Reasonable Efforts of the Parties Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Efforts of the Parties. Seller and Buyer shall each use its respective Commercially Reasonable Efforts to cause all of the conditions to the obligations of the other to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby to be met as soon as practicable after the date of this Agreement and to do, or cause to be done, all things necessary to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby.
