REASONS FOR SUSPENSION. The OWNER shall have the right by written order to temporarily suspend the work, in whole or in part, whenever, in the judgment of the OWNER, such temporary suspension is required: A. in the interest of the OWNER generally, B. due to government or judicial controls or orders which make performance of this contract temporarily impossible or illegal, C. to coordinate the work of separate contractors at the job site, D. to expedite the completion of a separate contract even though the completion of this particular Contract may be thereby delayed, E. because of weather conditions unsuitable for performance of the Work, or
