Common use of Reassignment Pending Investigation Clause in Contracts

Reassignment Pending Investigation. Where an incident occurs that requires any employee to be suspended from part or all of the employee's normal duties pending an inquiry, hearing or investigation, that employee shall suffer no loss of normal pay during such period of suspension while performing other assigned duties. The appropriate Union representative(s) will be advised of such action in a timely manner.
