Common use of Recalls and Retrofits Clause in Contracts

Recalls and Retrofits. Supplier agrees that if any Product(s) is found by a government agency, sovereign, legislative or executive branch of government, or a court of competent jurisdiction to be in violation of any applicable law or regulation, Supplier shall be solely responsible for the necessary repair, replacement, or other remedy of such violation.
