Common use of Receipt of Notice of Appeal Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Notice of Appeal. The Firm shall immediately advise Citizens, and the insured in Third Party Matters, of the receipt of a Notice of Appeal and post in Acuity a copy of the Notice in a timely manner. The Firm shall obtain the approval of Citizens’ Claims & Litigation Legal Services prior to taking any action in response to the Notice of Appeal.
