Common use of Receivables Trust Trustee Consent Clause in Contracts

Receivables Trust Trustee Consent. No amendment or indenture supplement hereto executed after the Closing Date (including pursuant to Section 2.2 hereof) shall be effective if such amendment or supplement shall adversely affect the rights, duties or obligations of the Receivables Trust Trustee without its prior written consent, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Indenture.
