Common use of Received by School Clause in Contracts

Received by School. If School receives a subpoena, warrant, or other legal order, demand or request seeking School Data maintained by Contractor, including but not limited to a request pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, C.R.S. § 24-72-100.1 et seq., School will promptly notify Contractor and, within two (2) business days, excluding national holidays, Contractor shall supply School with copies of School Data for School to respond.
