Recipient To Keep Records Of Contracts. The Recipient shall keep and maintain proper and accurate accounts and records, including, but not limited to, all Contracts, invoices, statements, receipts and vouchers in relation to the Project for a period of at least seven (7) years after the Term of this Agreement.
