RECITALS FOR Sample Clauses

The "Recitals For" clause serves to introduce the background and context of the agreement, outlining the reasons and intentions behind the parties entering into the contract. Typically, this section summarizes the relationship between the parties, the purpose of the agreement, and any relevant history or circumstances leading up to the contract. By providing this context, the clause helps clarify the motivations and objectives of the parties, ensuring that the agreement is interpreted in light of its intended purpose and reducing the risk of misunderstandings.
