Section 1 - RECOGNITION The Board hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining representative, as defined in Section II of Act 379 Public Acts of 1965, for all full time and regular part time custodial and maintenance employees excluding all professional employees’ supervisors and all other employees.
