Common use of Reconveyance by Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reconveyance by Trustee. At any time on the request of Beneficiary, payment of Trustee's fees, if any, and presentation of this Trust Deed, without affecting liability of any persons for the payment of the Obligations, Trustee may reconvey, without warranty, all or any part of the Property. The grantee in any reconveyance may be described as the "person or persons legally entitled thereto," and the recitals therein of any facts shall be conclusive proof of the truthfulness thereof.
