Common use of Recording of Amendment Clause in Contracts

Recording of Amendment. The City may record this Amendment or a Memorandum of this Amendment with the Register of Deeds for Xxxxx County, Wisconsin. Upon request of the City, Developer shall execute and deliver to the City any such Memorandum or any other document in connection with such recording.

Upon request of the City, Developer Xxxxxxxxx shall execute and deliver to the City any such Memorandum or any other document in connection with such recording.
