Grantee shall make and retain proper and complete books of record and account and maintain all fiscal records related to this Agreement and the Project in accordance with, as applicable, all generally accepted accounting principles, generally accepted governmental auditing standards, and minimum standards for audits of non-profit organizations. Grantee shall ensure that each of its sub-recipients and subcontractors, if any, complies with these requirements.
